The answer to this depends on the variety of work (different platforms, formats, file types, etc) and will need to be assessed on a per person basis. Something to keep in mind is that I have been working in this field for over a decade, and WILL deliver whatever is agreed upon at the outset of the session.
You can pay your invoice by credit card, PayPal or check by mail. Note: the design work will begin only once the check is received and cleared.
Yes. Of course. I understand that small businesses do not always have the cashflow to make substantial purchases all at once. For that reason, it is acceptable to make up to 4 payments per session agreement.
Keep in mind that we do also offer a referral bonus of 30% off a future Stella service.
Make sure to communicate the referral name via email: crystal@stellawebdesign.com
The answer to this depends on the size, format and expected usage of the design files. It's possible that a portion of the files will be sent via email and the rest are saved in your Canva account for future use, for example.
Some common solutions are emailing zip files or Google Drive links, and WeTransfer.
Once I know what we're working on I can let you know what I would suggest, and confirm that it is ok for your team, workflow or technical abilities.
Yes. One of the reasons I ask you to be available electronically throughout the session is to expedite the feedback process. This ensures the design work is being done quickly and to your liking. Also, remember, we will have discussed goals and priorities in our earlier communications, so I will have an idea of what you're after by the time I sit down to work on session day.
The following day there will be one hour of revision time dedicated to your files. So once you receive the files, and before the following business day, look them over and provide any changes that need to be made. This will be considered the final draft that will need final approval.
The goal of the 30 minute pre-session focus call is to clarify and prioritize your design work goals. You will have already received and acted on a pre-session checklist, which provided me with some key information. During the phone call (or zoom meeting, even better) I will go over the checklist to make sure we are on the same page before the session begins.
This is a checklist to guide you through the steps that need to be taken in preparation for the Stella VIP session. It will be emailed to you in advance, and includes things like: how you would like to communicate that day, what types of files you need, how you plan to use them, text or links that will be needed to accomplish the projects.
This is insurance for you as a client that I will have your back. I want you to leave with your design files knowing that I am a resource you can count on. My clients have unique situations and will run into questions that no one anticipated - having this window of support included with the Stella VIP Session provides a peace of mind.
Post-session support is meant to be a level of support that includes questions via email or phone, help uploading or downloading design files, reformatting files, exporting as a different file type, etc. This is not meant to be interpreted as a reason to request major changes in the approved designs or for additional design work.
You will have a decent idea or plan for what you want to accomplish, and may be lacking the time or expertise to complete the design work.
For sure! If you are familiar with Canva, and prefer that we utilize that as the graphics software for your projects, then I would be glad to support you in that way. Based on your answers to the pre-session checklist, if I find that there may be a more suitable solution, then I will communicate that to you so we can come to an agreement on how to move forward.
